“ The town itself is quite dirty and neglected, so we didn’t expect much when it came to eating out – and that’s why this restaurant was such a surprise. The interior has a really nice style and atmosphere, and once you step inside it suddenly feels much more pleasant than the streets outside. It’s one of those places where you actually want to sit down, relax and stay a bit longer. The food also turned out to be surprisingly good. The Tom Yum was a bit different from the typical Thai version, especially in terms of acidity, but in its own way it worked really well and tasted great. You can feel that they have their own take on the classics, without psując ich podstawowy charakter. Prices, unfortunately, are on the higher side – but to be fair, that seems to be the case in this area in general. Laos has really disappointed me when it comes to food prices and the cost of groceries. I expected it to be cheaper than Thailand, and it’s simply not. The good news is that when you find a place like this, the taste can be just as satisfying as in Thailand, so at least the quality of the food makes up a bit for the cost. ”

“ Very nice place with welcoming and friendly staff. I asked if they have tofu but a man at the front instantly advised me what can I eat instead as a vegan. I'm not the curry expert, but as I've never liked it in my country I wanted to try here and it was quite tasty, very salty, but that was nicely combined with other flavours. I like the music there! To people moaning about "old sticky rice" it's always done it advance ”
